• My website links to external content and websites such as videos, images, music, and other services or resources. I have no control over the nature, content, and availability of external websites linked to my site.
• I assume full responsibility for the specific content, media, or work I directly link to my website, however I am not responsible for any other content hosted on the external site that I did not directly link to.
• I used external resources to aid me with the development of this website. Small portions of the code may derive from external resources which explicitly gave permission for free use of the code provided, however most of the website's code was written by me.
• None of this site's content was written or generated by artificial intelligence (AI).

Copyright notice

• I do not allow others to copy, modify, or sell any of the code or content I personally made outside of fair use, without my explicit permission. You may not claim this website or any of its content I personally made as your own.
• If my website contains any content or links that are affiliated with, or made by you, and you wish to not have your work linked or displayed on my website, please contact me and I will promptly remove the content from my website, within a reasonable grace period of 30 days.

Your rights

• The only data that this site collects is the amount of visitors it gets within a 30 day period based on unique IP addresses. This data is only stored for a maximum of 30 days at a time.
• I absolutely do not sell or collect any personal data for any reason. I have no access to any info relating to the user outside of the amount of visits and hits this website gets.

My responsibilities

• I hold myself fully responsible for the content I host on my website, whether that is my artwork, blog, or anything else I voluntarily displayed or included in the website. This does not apply to content on external or third-party links.

Chatbox

• I have full control on whether a comment or chat can be deleted. Failure to follow these rules may lead to the deletion of your comment.
• You shall not not comment sensitive information in the chatbox of my website. This includes information such as full names, addresses, phone numbers, age, etcetera.
• You shall not use this chatbox for advertising of any kind. Do not promote websites or content here, whether that is someone else's or your own.
• Any explicit messages may be deleted. This includes discrimination on certain person(s) or a community/minority, any mentions of pornography or anything related to erotic content, or comments violent in nature.
